If it’s too dry without the icing, cut away the majority of it, but leave a little so you’ll still get a taste- with fewer calories and fat. Don’t eat an entire piece of cake. Cut off a small piece and enjoy it in a parfait. Place a small sliver of cake into the bottom of a glass cup and spoon a layer of low- fat yogurt on top, followed by a layer of strawberries. You‘ll get the taste of fat free cake without all the calories, fat and sugar. You can also add a small amount of cake to a bowl of fruit and top it off with fat free Rudi-Whip.

Another way to be healthy eating cake is to enjoy it in small quantities. It’s usually the first few bites that taste the best – so take three bites, slowly savoring each one- than stop. There’s no need to eat the whole cake to appreciate its taste and texture.
